How it works
Five steps, one team beside you.
Here’s what to expect from your first conversation to ongoing care, and what you’ll be asked to do along the way.
Connect
What we do
A member of our intake team reaches out, listens to what’s going on, and answers your first questions.
What you do
Fill out the short form and share whatever feels important about your child.
Understand
What we do
We review your insurance benefits and intake requirements, then schedule an assessment with a clinician.
What you do
Send the documents your plan needs. Join the assessment and tell us about your child’s strengths and challenges.
Build the Plan
What we do
Your clinician writes an individualized plan with goals and recommended settings, and walks you through it.
What you do
Ask questions, share your priorities, and help choose a schedule that works for your family.
Begin Care
What we do
Your child’s team starts sessions. You’ll know who your contacts are and how to reach them.
What you do
Take part in caregiver guidance and let us know how things are going between sessions.
Grow Together
What we do
We track progress, review it with you regularly, and update goals as your child’s needs change.
What you do
Keep sharing what you see at home and in other settings. Your input guides the next goals.
Helpful to have ready
You don’t need everything before you reach out. These are items families are often asked for during intake:
- Insurance card, front and back
- Diagnosis documentation, if your child has one
- Referral or prescription for ABA, if your plan requires it
- Recent evaluations or school plans, if available
Requirements vary by plan. We’ll tell you exactly what yours needs.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on your insurance plan’s requirements and on availability in your area. We keep you updated at each step and tell you if anything is holding things up.
Let’s find the right next step for your family.
Reach out with a few details. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and help you decide what comes next.
